Ballroom Hire

The Ballroom at Asthall Manor is available for hire for life-enhancing events.

Priority is given to charities, local community organisations and events promoting happiness and ecological awareness.

Rates for hire begin at £150 per day (set up and take down days can be negotiated) or 5% of sales if applicable. There will be an additional charge if heating is required of £20 per day.  Electricity and lighting are included. Please refer to the full list of ballroom rates below. There are 2 toilets available. 1 inside the building and the other, a compost loo in the front lawn area.

Parking is limited. Parking for approximately 10 cars is available on the gravel area to the front of the Ballroom. There is also a small field opposite that can be made available for larger events (dependant on weather conditions).

The Garden is private but can agree for people to walk around if they wish.

Ballroom measurements are as follows: L16 m x W 6.35 m. Side entrance 3.6 m x 3.15 m.

There are 2 tables in the ballroom. Table dimensions are as follows:

Table 1: L 150 cm x H 74 cm x W 35 cm  Table 2: L 350 cm x H 70 cm x 67 cm

We also have 8 trestle tables and approx 48 chairs stored for use.

A U shape set up is recommended when hiring tables for the Ballroom.
Flower arrangements can also be provided by our gardeners, upon request, at an extra cost.
