• Cancellation over 30 days before event – full refund.
• Between 30 and 14 days prior to the event -50% refund
• Less than 14 days before the event- no refund
• In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
• 2026 -In the case of the 4-part year round course – if you are no longer able to attend one of the 4 sessions, we can discuss an appropriate partial refund.
