Ballroom Event – Relaxing Reset Stress Buster Sound Bath

Kickstart your weekend with a relaxing reset Stress Buster Sound Bath.

Not only will you be surrounded in the beautiful relaxing colours of the Aurora Borealis, but you will be bathed in the beautiful relaxing acoustic sound of Gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, native Indian Flute and voice based on each Chakra note.

Please bring a mat, blanket and cushion . An extra cushion is advised if you have lumbar issues. 2 reflexology chairs are available to book for those who can’t lie on the floor. Just email the event organizer Teena for one. There are also some large softer chairs in the Ballroom too.

A free Reiki Blessed Crystal Heart will be offered to each participant.
