Into The Garden – a women’s peaceful retreat

Charlotte from Medicine of the Sisterhood had created a gathering woven softly into the weekend before the turning of Summer’s peak, held in our quietly magical grounds, a quintessential English country manor.

Joined by the wonderful Jen of Wild Green in West Oxfordshire.

Wild Green began back in 2018 from a love for the beauty of botanicals and the wild outdoors. From botanical styling to teas and tinctures, this path gradually led me into the incredible power of plants, their medicine, their stories, their lore.

As with all of Charlotte’s circles, you gather in meditation, sharing an energy talk, journaling, and working with crystals within a gentle ritual that honours why you have come together.

Alongside Litha, you would also be honouring Rose — a small love letter to her history, her lore, her healing, and the ways you can welcome her medicine into your lives and spirits.

A beautifully curated, buffet-style vegan feast for lunch was crafted by Emily at Nutmeg & Thyme in Burford.

A garden-inspired spread to nourish and delight.

Our gardens are expansive, perfect for wandering, reading beneath a tree, gentle crafting, or simply letting your nervous system soften.

Charlotte offered optional embodied movement practice during the lunch break.

Jen shared a lovingly made Rose balm, infused with hips, petals, and nourishing oils.

They all blended their own rose tea, along with other native herbs.

A nostalgic return to childhood “perfume making”, stuffing petals into water-filled jars under the summer sun.

As the day drew to a close, Bethan Rees of ‘Rooted with Bethan’ and Charlotte joined for a Midsummer Sound Ceremony. A drifting tapestry of crystalline singing bowls, koshi chimes, hands‑on healing, tuning forks, and tender crystal work, inviting you to rest deeply in a cocoon of midsummer sound and stillness.
