Kitchen Garden – Nature & Environment Book Club

9th November - 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Come and join us at the third meeting of the Asthall Manor Kitchen Garden Nature & Environment Book Club. This will be our last discussion of 2025.

We will be discussing Robin Wall Kimmerer’s Braiding Sweetgrass. “As a member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation, Robin embraces indigenous teachings that consider plants and animals to be our oldest teachers. Kimmerer brings these two lenses of knowledge together to take us on a journey that is every bit as mythic as it is scientific, as sacred as it is historical, as clever as it is wise.” – Elizabeth Gilbert.

There is a nominal fee of £3 for each event which includes tea, coffee & biscuits. Any funds raised will go towards delivering the aims of Asthall Wild CIC.

Please do consider using public transport or bicycle to get here and if you’re coming by car, please park in the tree-lined avenue nearby. For more travel information click here.
