Gardener and Florist Melanie Penning will welcome you to our ballroom and show you how to make a beautiful centrepiece for your Christmas table using foraged abundance from the hedgerow. This workshop is about connecting with nature and each other, calmness, gentleness and the enormous reward we get from being creative and preparing for this special time of year.
