Forest Bathing For Wellbeing

9th June - 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Claire is a Wellbeing and Nature Connection Coach with an International Forest Therapy Diploma from Nature & Therapy UK, where she is also a senior mentor for upcoming practitioners. She facilitates Forest Bathing walks, retreats and courses across the Cotswolds, creating space for deep rest and reconnection with the natural world.

Join Claire this summer at Asthall Manor for a Mindful Forest Bathing walk. You will be guided to slow down and connect with nature through your senses in our beautiful grounds.

Forest Bathing is the perfect antidote for our busy day-to-day lives and there is a growing body of research that shows spending time in nature is good for both our mental and physical health. Just 2 hours a week can help us to calm our minds, reduce stress, improve focus and give us more energy and vitality.

Through a series of gentle invitations, you’ll be guided to tune into your surroundings in a mindful way. These sessions are designed not only to deepen your connection with the more-than-human world, but to help you discover how to spend time in nature in a way that genuinely supports your wellbeing – offering simple practices you can return to again and again.

The sessions will be relaxed and fun and suitable for those who are new to forest bathing as well as those who’ve done some before. The terrain is steep in places – if you have any mobility or health issues please get in touch through the link for advice.

NOTES: LIMITED SPACES. Over 18’s only please unless by prior agreement. No dogs. Sessions tend to go ahead whatever the weather but occasionally may have to be cancelled if there is a weather warning in place. Please see cancellation policy through the ticket link for more information.

Sessions are available on 2 separate dates- 9th June and 7th July.
