Garden Moths Workshop

Hosted by Mid Windrush Land and Nature Group.

Come join us at for a fascinating hands-on workshop on the many marvellous moths found in our gardens! Led by Dr Julian Parfit from Wild Wantage. 

• Set up moth traps
• Learn about many amazing varieties of moths in our gardens
• Simple tips on garden design for moths and nature
• View, identify and photograph local moths
• Hear and identify passing bats

The event will be aimed at adults, but supervised children welcome

If the weather is inclement, we will spend more time indoors looking through Julian’s amazing picture collection and discussing some of the 280 moths he’s observed in his garden in the past 6 months.
